This house is on a rural/residential site, and the house is 220 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. It was designed in a traditional NZ style with timber weatherboards with facings to windows and boxed corners and a coloursteel roof. The home features 2.7m high ceilings and additional 300mm windows to take in extra height above all doors and windows.
