This house was a challenge, the site was only 350m2 and the client wanted a 360m2 three storey home to capture views. The design was essentially a ‘mini’ apartment block with penthouse top floor containing master suite, kitchen and living. Block walls & concrete floors with Linea & Titan board cladding, The design challenged engineering and town planning, encroaching daylight and building restriction lines, but was overcome by some lateral thinking and created a very nice home.
